KRONEXIS

AI. Accelerated.

AI from pilot to production. Designed, built and governed by one person who ran enterprise operations for 29 years.

Why Kronexis Exists

Most AI pilots do not fail on the model.

They fail on everything around it. Who owns it, what it actually costs, and whether anyone can run it a year after launch.

For 29 years I ran delivery and operations for a global software company, the last five from the CEO's office, with a $152M portfolio and 200 projects under me. I saw the same thing everywhere: AI money spent, AI decks approved, AI pilots praised, and nothing running on the floor a year later.

I left in 2025 to fix that from the other side. I learned to build, not just govern. Kronexis is the result.

I take AI from pilot to production for companies that are done with decks.

I design the system, build the agents, put the controls around them, and stay until it runs without me.

The Proof

Six systems I built and ran.

Multi-agent delivery monitoring. Collections recovery. A planning co-pilot that is not allowed to invent anything. Guardrails that stop an AI wiping a production database. Demos included, unedited.

How I Work

Three steps. No committee.

Find the work that eats the week

A conversation, then a look at where your people actually spend their time. Chasing projects, chasing money, answering the same questions. No pitch, no deck.

Build the agent, with the controls

I design the system and write the code myself. Every agent ships with guardrails, an audit trail, and a clear line it cannot cross.

Stay until it runs without me

Production is the finish line, not the demo. Your team owns it, understands it, and can keep it running a year later.

AI stuck in pilot?

The first conversation is free. No pitch, no deck. I have done both sides: run the operation, and shipped the code.
