Why Kronexis Exists
Most AI pilots do not fail on the model.
They fail on everything around it. Who owns it, what it actually costs, and whether anyone can run it a year after launch.
For 29 years I ran delivery and operations for a global software company, the last five from the CEO's office, with a $152M portfolio and 200 projects under me. I saw the same thing everywhere: AI money spent, AI decks approved, AI pilots praised, and nothing running on the floor a year later.
I left in 2025 to fix that from the other side. I learned to build, not just govern. Kronexis is the result.
I take AI from pilot to production for companies that are done with decks.
I design the system, build the agents, put the controls around them, and stay until it runs without me.
Years in global delivery and operations
Revenue under management, 200+ projects
Years a system I built in 2009 ran, and was still in daily use when I left
AI systems built, with guardrails, since leaving
